Colorado Collaboration on Health Informatics
The Colorado Collaboration on Health Informatics was founded to form an international network of interested individuals to:
- promote research
- provide mentoring
- create a forum for discussion
- direct people to resources and
- recommend policy on issues involving health and the Internet.
The Collaboration’s mission is to advance health care by serving as a source of reliable and relevant health-and Internet-related information for policymakers, health planners, the business and nonprofit communities, advocacy and consumer groups, health care providers, funders, and the media.
The Collaboration's goals are to:
- Serve as a network hub for research and mentoring related to health and Internet issues;
- Analyze health and Internet information to address important issues related to health systems; and
- Communicate to key audiences information and findings of the Collaboration.
